2jba processes all transactions in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Supported payment methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard interbank transfer and debit cards. The available methods are displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal sections of your account. We do not accept payments in foreign currencies and no currency conversion is applied at any point.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit for each payment method. Deposits are credited to your PKR balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. 2jba is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.
Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. You must have completed all applicable bonus wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed. We aim to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes shown in the Withdrawal section of your account, with faster processing available to higher VIP tiers. 2jba reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Funds deposited into your 2jba balance are for the purpose of betting and gaming on the platform. The balance does not earn interest. Unused balances are held securely and remain available for withdrawal at any time subject to these Terms.
Bets are accepted only when you have a sufficient PKR balance. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID has been issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Bets placed after a match has started (live in-play bets) are subject to the odds available at the exact moment of bet confirmation — not the odds displayed on screen prior to confirmation.
Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral series — are available for pre-match and live in-play betting. All cricket markets are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced by weather or rescheduled, settlement will follow the rules specific to each market as displayed in the market description on 2jba.
A bet may be voided if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without an official result; a market is incorrectly priced due to a technical error; the bet was placed after the official event start time due to a system error; or any other circumstance that prevents a fair settlement. Voided bets are refunded to your PKR balance in full.
Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum accumulator winnings are set per sport and per market. Limits are displayed in the relevant market on the platform. 2jba reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts for individual users at its discretion, particularly in cases of unusual betting patterns.
Match Manipulation: Any attempt to exploit knowledge of match fixing, result manipulation or inside information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings from affected bets.
Each casino game, slot title and fish game available on 2jba operates according to its own individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game before play begins. By launching any game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that specific game. 2jba does not modify individual game rules — they are set by the game provider.
All non-live casino games — slots, RNG table games and fish games — operate on certified Random Number Generator systems. Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical events managed by live dealers in professional studios. 2jba does not manipulate outcomes in any game category. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures reflect the theoretical long-run return across all sessions combined.
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live game or slot session, any incomplete bet round will be settled based on the last confirmed server-side game state. Bets that did not receive a valid outcome due to technical error on the platform's side will be refunded. Game history is available in your account for review.
All bonuses credited to your 2jba account — welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bet credits and any other promotional credits — are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms displayed on the Promotions page and in the bonus offer communication.
Only one bonus can be active at a time. If you claim a new bonus while an existing bonus wagering requirement is active and incomplete, the existing bonus terms continue to apply to the current balance. Stacking of bonus funds is not permitted.
The following are considered bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account closure:
2jba reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus credit already accepted and actively being wagered will remain subject to its original terms through to expiry.
The 2jba VIP programme operates across Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond tiers. Points are earned on real-money wagers across sports betting, casino games, fish games and slots. The rate at which points are earned and the benefits associated with each tier are as described on the VIP page. 2jba reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point earning rates and tier benefits at any time with reasonable notice. VIP points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, gifted or exchanged for cash. They are used solely for tier progression within the programme.
2jba provides voluntary responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These are accessible from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

2jba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and withhold all balances pending investigation, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

2jba provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of platform downtime, connection failures or technical errors, except where the error is on our side and results in an incorrectly settled bet — in which case the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
We are not responsible for bets placed in error by the user, including bets placed with incorrect stake amounts, on incorrect selections or in markets the user did not intend to access. All confirmed bets are binding.
Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the PKR value of your account balance at the time of the relevant incident.
